Overview
Full-service PCB assembly for display controllers, power supplies, interface/I/O boards, and custom electronics. IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 workmanship, IPC J-STD-001 (with optional Space Addendum) soldering, IPC/WHMA-A-620 cable and harness assembly, and IPC-7711/7721 rework and repair. Surface mount (SMT) down to 0201, through-hole (THT), mixed-assembly technology, BGA/microBGA/QFN, pin-in-paste reflow, wave soldering, selective soldering, Chip-on-Board (COB), and heat-seal / hot-bar bonding for displays and flex cables. AOI (automated optical inspection), 2D and 3D X-ray, ICT (in-circuit test), flying-probe, boundary scan (JTAG), and functional/reliability testing. AS9100D-certified for aerospace and defense electronics; J-STD-001 Space Addendum trained operators (CIS / CIT) for high-reliability programs. ESD-controlled clean-room production (ANSI/ESD S20.20) with documented Process & Change Control and Approved Suppliers List. IC programming and prototype-assembly services available.
